I attended Sharon for some help in managing my apparent insomnia which was concerning me with respect to the serious effect it could be having on my mental health. With the aid of an audio prepared by Sharon for people experiencing sleep problems together with several interviews and 'couch sessions' I have benefited by feeling a more relaxed person with my confidence boosted to know that I can better manage my sleep

I would highly recommend Sharon. I saw Sharon today for an Indian head massage, shoulder and neck massage. I felt completely at ease, and she made the whole experience relaxing and made me realise how much I needed this session not only for myself but to help my symptoms. Very relaxed atmosphere from the start. Sharon listens to what you want - or what your goal is. Then every session beings with what has been happening and what is needed to progress. I found the whole experience very helpful and I achieved the goal I set. This has helped me to set my next goal by myself as am so much more confident in my abilities. ⭐️
