Sharon is naturally empathetic and very knowledgeable. She is easy to talk to and puts you at ease very quickly. Her explanation on how hypnotherapy works was great and made a lot of sense. I highly recommend her, if you haven't had hypnotherapy before she will explain it to you before proceeding so you can confidently go ahead relaxed in the knowledge that this will help you.
